Training Support

Flexicare is dedicated to the full support of the hospitals in terms of educational support and training of all medical staff within the understanding of the principles which underlie the product range available. We work closely with a number of University Teaching Hospitals and clinicians who help develop the packages available for training.

Training can be taken in two ways with the customers:
a) We offer a 'Train the trainer' package, whereby a 'Champion' of 'Champions' within the hospital are chosen for complete training and this can then be transported to the rest of the hospital by the 'Champions'.
b) Onsite training can be scheduled where by one of the Flexicare Specialists can provide seminars for the hospital staff.
