LuerSafe Breathing Filter

luersafe-logo.gif

LuerSafe breathing filters incorporate a unique cap-less self sealing luer port which will only accept the correct corresponding colour coded LuerSafe monitoring line. This in turn will open the valve and provide uninterrupted flow to sample CO2 levels when connected.

LuerSafe eliminates erroneous misconnections to standard luer connections such as IV tubing or other connectors ensuring a correct connection to the monitoring port only.

Cap-less Design
The self sealing valve prevents air flow in and out of the filter when a monitoring line is not connected, eliminating the need to have a cap to be manually fixed and removed.

Colour Coded Valve
The LuerSafe Valve is visibly seen through the filter housing by its distinctive orange colour which can be easily matched to the correct corresponding colour coded monitoring line connector.

Unique Design Luer Port
Eliminating the risk of misconnection by not accepting a standard luer connector. The unique size only fits the LuerSafe monitoring line identified by the colour coded connector.
